Ms. Vu Thi Nhung joined Bao & Partners as a Legal Counsel from 2009 to 2013 before working as Legal Assistant at Van Khanh Partnership. She specializes in corporate law, investment law, and commercial law; advising and carrying out administrative procedures in relation to investment, enterprise establishment, merger and acquisition; providing legal advice on corporate government; representing clients in dispute settlement and litigation in court and arbitration.  Being a lawyer in 2011, her diligence, thoughtfulness and very good knowledge of laws in theory and laws in practice have may times impressed our clients. It is regretful for us that Mrs. Vu decided to change her working environment after four years of fully devoting for our Law Firm.

In December 2013, she moved to Saigon Shipyard Company Limited and Saigon Offshore Fabrication & Engineering Limited and worked as Senior Legal Counsel, two subsidiaries of Triyards and Emas Group operating in shipbuilding and ship repair. She focused on bids/contracts/agreements for shipbuilding/ship repair and industrial projects, loan contracts & asset mortgage contracts, all kind of bank guarantees and in-house legal documents/forms; advising importing/exporting procedures and tax exemption; dealing with various governmental authorities for obtaining permits/certificates related to Company’s operation and any 3rd party claim or disputes etc.

Seeing the professional working environment and potential developing her lawyer career, Ms. Vu Thi Nhung has decided to return working for Bao & Partners from April 2017.
